[i finally b come IC but i learnt something 2day]
2day durin ncc trainin, i was been appointed as IC 4 de day...well, at 1st i did nt knw tat i will b appointed but after i was been appoint, i was very anxious...cuz need 2 command ppl n de duty of it is something like those ppl who al always command us....
i finally knw wat it means 'u will lose friend even though u r happy with de position u r in', i knw u al will say b dumb cuz i don knw de simple sentence like this but wat i mean is de experience, while i was doin my duty of been an IC, i was afaird tat i will lose some of my friends in de patoon jus b cuz i was command them n keep on shoutin at them...some even say i b come IC is like hvin a staff sergeant rank...
i enjoy commandin my patoon but something i don like 2 c is tat dey kana pump n i was been scolded jus b cuz dey don listen 2 me...n also, i hv learnt hw 2 command le...lol, at 1st gt fright sia, scared later give wrong command but in de end nt...
i also agree with my CSM, Gordon, u will nvr learnt anything unless u give it a try, ty CSM 4 wakin me up de last trainin we had(nt countin 2day)...alot of thanks... :)
